Anti-spam
Outcome of form security checks, completion time and temporary IP-based rate limiting.
Email and commercial relationships
Data included in voluntary communications and data needed for quotes, negotiations, contracts, invoicing and legal obligations.
Purposes and legal bases
Replying to requests
We use brief data to assess the context, contact you and prepare an initial orientation. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps requested by the data subject.
Website security
We use technical data and anti-spam controls to protect the website, prevent abuse and keep the service reliable. Legal basis: legitimate interest in security and operational continuity.
Administrative obligations
If a commercial relationship starts, we process the data required for contracts, accounting, taxation and legal compliance. Legal basis: contract performance and legal obligations.
Providing data
Email is required to submit the brief and receive a reply. Phone number is required only if you ask to be called back. Other data helps us contextualize the request but, unless the form says otherwise, is optional.
Recipients and providers
Data may be processed by technical providers supporting the website, hosting, cloud infrastructure, security, transactional email and internal management tools. Contact requests are sent through Amazon SES to the configured company mailbox.
Data is not sold and is not used for advertising profiling.
International transfers
Some technology providers may belong to international groups or process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases ErinTech Labs relies on safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or equivalent measures where applicable.
Retention
Website requests
Kept for the time needed to reply, manage the opportunity and document the relationship, normally no longer than 24 months unless a contract follows or legitimate needs require otherwise.
Anti-spam rate limiting
The technical rate-limit memory is temporary and resets after no more than 15 minutes for each control window.
Technical logs
Kept for periods proportionate to security, diagnostics and service continuity, according to infrastructure settings.
Accounting and contract data
Kept for the periods required by applicable civil, tax and accounting laws.
Rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection to processing in the cases provided by the GDPR. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
